Patience, Proximity, & Pauses in Tying

Do you find yourself rushing through a tie? Struggling to make rope feel like part of the scene? If the tying process feels more like work than play, then Patience, Pauses, & Proximity in Tying  is the class for you.

In this class, we’ll explore techniques that seamlessly integrate rope into your scenes. Through timing, tension, pauses, and other techniques, you’ll learn how to create connection, deepen the sub space, and create a flow in scene. These methods draw from a range of styles—from the sensual pacing of Yukimura to the intensity of semenawa—offering tools to make your rope more intentional, immersive, and impactful. Rope is not the means to an end, but the journey itself.
