Intro to Suspension for the Bedroom introduces participants to the foundations of partial suspension in a safe, playful, and bedroom-focused context. Designed for those who are brand new to suspension but already competent with a single column tie, this hands-on workshop provides an opportunity to explore uplines, carabiner use, and body handling while keeping at least part of the body grounded at all times. We’ll discuss negotiation, safety, and aftercare alongside the technical basics, giving both tops and bottoms practical tools to add intensity and intimacy to their rope play and a clear path for continuing their suspension education.
